AboutUs.org is doing a cool thing. They are building a massive wiki style directory of all the domains on the internet. To access an entry, you just type a AboutUS.org/ followed by the domain name.
If a page exists, AboutUS.org will show the page, if not, it will scour domain records and build a page on the spot. Here is the page for PCUT.net.
